Absolutely! You’re welcome to pick up your palletized order directly from our warehouse at no extra charge—there’s no pickup fee or pallet handling fee. If you prefer to use your own trucker or freight forwarder, just let us know, and we’ll coordinate with them.

Dimensions & Weight: Once your order is palletized, we can provide you (or your carrier) with the exact pallet dimensions and weight.

LTL Freight Quotes: For larger orders (typically $4,000+), we can also secure a freight-quote by the pallet (LTL) so you know the full cost up front.

Just select “Pick up” at checkout or contact us directly after ordering, and we’ll handle the rest!

For orders over $2,000 we often use pallet freight to reduce per-unit costs. We absorb a large portion of that freight cost, but we will:

• Call you to confirm if a liftgate delivery is required (and note it for future orders).
• Require your approval before shipping—if a pallet won’t work at your location, we may revert to boxed shipping with adjusted rates.

Shipping to islands can be arranged two ways:

• Freight forwarder: Ship to your third-party forwarder on the mainland.
• Your carrier: Have your local carrier pick up directly from our warehouse.

Either approach avoids island surcharges—no pickup or pallet fee applies.

Our percentage tiers do not apply to individual items sold in our “Singles” collection. Those ship at exact carrier rates (USPS, UPS Ground, residential delivery, etc.) and will appear on your order as a separate line item.
